Lender Approval
The Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) has been made aware of the Build-Zone range of warranties for inclusion in Part 2 of The Handbook (we currently appear as Self-Build Zone, Build-Zone or other). However the CML are in the process of possibly scrapping the current format and have requested that for the time being we approach lenders directly.

We are continually updating lenders on the products we supply and the coverage provided. All the lenders listed in our approved lenders list have confirmed in writing that they accept the scheme. Not every lender gets around to changing their acceptance criteria in the Council Of Mortgage Lenders Handbook. In the current climate, lending criteria are constantly changing so you should check the requirements of your specific lender.
