Building developments which have been placed into receivership can be a challenge
for receivers and administrators to subsequently complete and dispose of when previous
warranty providers have voided future cover.
It is not unusual for a development to have some completed housing units which have
the benefit of a warranty and some that have no warranty at all. This is where Build-Zone

Housing Warranty to a full New Home Warranty where the original developer indemnity
