To minimise the risk of any issues arising in future, we have an in-house technical team, Build-Zone Survey Services Ltd (BZSS), who can help you save money on your premium.

BZSS can work with you from the start of your project to carry out a series of technical audits by an approved inspector that help reduce the chance of defects and ensure the right build standard. They can also arrange building control with one of their partner-approved inspectors, with every inspection audited by BZSS for your peace of mind.
