With an experienced in-house team of property professionals we are also able to provide advice and expertise on all stages of the development process, from planning and acquisition through to sales and marketing, meaning we can support you throughout the project.
Based in Sevenoaks, Kent, we largely focus on projects in the South East of England, predominantly Kent, Sussex and Surrey, but have also been involved in projects in the Cotswolds, Cambridge and the Isle of Wight. Between us, our team has over 40 years of property development experience so have an in-depth understanding of the industry and market-changes. Through our experiences we have built a strong network of reliable connections with property professionals meaning that we can obtain top level advice from trusted sources.
We offer two main types of funding: mezzanine funding and joint venture loans.
Mezzanine funding is designed to increase a developer’s rate of return by filling the funding gap between the developer’s contribution and the senior lender. This means that the developer is able to put in a reduced amount of equity whilst also increasing their return on capital. It also allows for the developer to invest funds into new sites.
With joint venture funding, the required equity for the development is split in return for a profit share and is coupled with the expertise of our in-house team to help manage all aspects of the development process, so the partner can focus on construction.
In addition to funding, we also have a growing portfolio of commercial investments consisting of tenanted commercial, residential and mixed-use schemes.
