Welcome to Build-Zone, the place for structural warranties

Photograph of newly built housesBuild-Zone is a provider of 10 year Structural Warranties for newly or recently built or converted properties. The Build-Zone range caters for self-build and completed properties as well as housing and social housing developments. Having our own products, we can also provide bespoke solutions on specific construction projects.

A Structural Warranty is now an integral part of the lending criteria for most banks and prospective purchasers may struggle to obtain a mortgage on newly developed property without one. In simple terms, a Structural Warranty provides cover against major defects arising from the design, workmanship and materials used that subsequently cause a structural failure.

Every single property covered by a Build-Zone Warranty will have been independently inspected for quality and workmanship through technical auditing prior to cover being granted. This provides all the parties involved in the ownership or sales transaction process with peace of mind. We, of-course, comply with the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) Innitiative.
